A summer kids’ event called Rainforest Falls will be hosted at St. Blase Catholic Church in Sterling Heightsfrom June 22, 2026 to June 25, 2026. At Rainforest Falls, kids explore the nature of God—discovering who God is and how much he loves them! Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, make and devour yummy treats (and meals), experience one-of-a-kind Bible Adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies, and test out sciency-fun experiments they’ll never forget. Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Each day concludes with a Canopy Closing that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned.

Rainforest Falls is for kids from kindergarten to Grade 5and will run from 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM each day. For more information, call (586) 268-2244.

What is Vacation Bible School?

Vacation Bible School is an annual four-day faith formation event that takes place in June. During VBS kids (Grades Pre-K through 5) participate in Bible-learning activities, sing songs, play games, enjoy delicious meals and treats, experience one-of-a-kind BibleAdventures, and test out fun science experiments.
