Private celebrations of the Sacrament of Reconciliation for adults or children/teens who have been previously prepared:

Perhaps you have forgotten how to make a confession or the words to the prayer, the Act of Contrition. Never allow these or similar concerns prevent you from coming to the sacrament. The priest will be happy to assist you.

There is the opportunity for private celebrations of the sacrament every Saturday at 3:00 pm at St. Blase. The Reconciliation Room is located to the right of the Baptismal font as you walk into the church. Outside the Reconciliation Room door is a light. When the light is “on,” a priest is waiting inside. Please wait to enter the Reconciliation Room when the door opens.

Communal celebrations of this sacrament are scheduled during Advent and Lent; watch the bulletin for these dates and times. The Sacrament of Penance may also be made by appointment by calling Fr. Randy Philips, Pastor at 586-268-2244.
