Susie Taylor

Susie Taylor was the Director of Music Ministries at Our Lady of Hope for 19 years. With a diverse background in the arts, Susie was formerly a licensed film agent with the Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA. For many years, she has performed and conducted in big bands for numerous corporate events. Susie has directed and choreographed musicals and dramas for several theatre groups in and around the Detroit area. Currently, she writes, directs, and choreographs for the Adult Theatre group, blending Christian comedy and drama with musical performances by the Adult Choir. She also produces the OLOH Players youth theatre group. Susie studied theology at Sacred Heart Major Seminary and earned a diploma in Catholic Theology. She is also a certified cantor through the National Pastoral Musicians. She and her husband David are proud parents of three children and grandparents to one grandchild, with another on the way.
