$100 PER PERSON includes:
- 18 holes with cart
- Golf Contests (closest to pin, longest drive)
- Raffles and 50/50 (tickets available at an additional cost)
- Hot Dog Lunch
- Goody Bags
- Dinner
$20 PER PERSON includes:
- Dinner
- Raffles and 50/50 (tickets available at an additional cost)
GOLFER/ATTENDEE INFORMATION: All participant information is due by July 20thRegister in the Parish Office. Each golfer must sign and date a Waiver form to participate. Forms available in the office.
If you don’t have a group, that’s okay! We will be forming groups as well. Let’s have a tee-rific time on the green!

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
- TEE SPONSORS $100 – INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY, BUSINESS OR MEMORIAL (to honor a deceased loved one). Includes sign with name placed at tee and program acknowledgement.
- CASH DONATIONS-Includes program acknowledgement
- PRIZE DONATIONS–NEW unopened gift items for raffle baskets, Lottery tickets, gift cards etc. Includes program acknowledgement. Please no used items.
